Information Letter:

 TPACK IPAD PROJECT in SCHOOLS (TIPS)

Investigating a challenge-based model for the development of Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) in K-12 Classrooms using iPads.

Dr. Jenny Lane a senior lecturer from Edith Cowan University is inviting you to participate in this iPad research project. This will involve you completing a short anonymous survey investigating using technology and pedagogy effectively in teaching and learning. The project aims to support teachers as they prepare to implement 21st Century Curriculum and align with National Teacher Standards.

The technology selected for this project is iPads. All data collected will be anonymous. The names of the participants will not be recorded.  All information will be strictly confidential. The participants have the right to withdraw from the project at any stage. The findings of the research will be used to improve professional learning for teachers and pre-service teachers, which will benefit students in schools.  The findings will be used for professional publications.
